Order Tickets

Ticket Policies

All subscription orders must be paid in full. All current patrons who wish to renew their current seating are given the courtesy of "first right of refusal" until May 15th. Any seats not renewed by May 15th, will be filled in the following order:

  • Upgrades--Current patrons who wish to change their seating assignment request an upgrade.  New table assignments are processed in the order that their first upgrade request was received in the symphony office.  Place your order for the section you want.  The upgrade request list is a perpetual one, as of March 1, 1999. The subscriber may remain on the upgrade list as long as payment is received before the renewal deadline each year.

  • New Placements--Requests will be filled in the order that payment is received in the symphony office.  In the case of a full table, the official date is the latest date that full payment for all eight seats was received in the office.

  • In the event that your requested seating is not available, we will contact you after May 15th to discuss seating options.  If we are unable to place you in the section you requested, a refund for the price difference will be made.

An acknowledgment of your order will be sent to you after we receive it. All tickets will be mailed in mid-September.

Please be sure to notify us if your address changes.

Patrons making separate orders, but wishing to sit together, should send their orders in the same envelope, if possible.

The Fine Print

No refunds can be made on subscription orders. All programs and guest artists are subject to change.
